We are located on Harley Street, in London, just a short walk from both Bond Street and Oxford Circus underground stations. When you arrive for your pre-arranged free consultation, you will be greeted by our receptionist who will show you to our waiting area. You will be given a medical form to complete, however, if you are unsure about any of the questions, you are welcome to go through it during your consultation.
You will be collected from the waiting area by your assigned laser care nurse and taken through to one of our treatment rooms. Here you will discuss your medical history and your hair removal needs. The laser care nurse will talk through the different treatments available to you and answer any questions or concerns you may have. Based on your discussion, the laser care nurse will then produce a recommended personalised treatment plan for your consideration.
Next, you will be given a patch test on the specific areas that you are considering for treatment. Depending on the location of this area, the laser care nurse will leave the room while you remove any necessary garments, towels are provided for your use.
The patch test is to determine the most effective level of light that will be used in your treatment sessions. The laser care nurse will shave a small section in your chosen areas, and you will be given a pair of special light protection glasses, before the treatment trial begins.
At the end of the test the laser care nurse will give you moisturising cream or cooling gel to help soothe any discomfort. The laser care nurse will leave the room while you change back into your own clothes before leaving the treatment room.
We advise waiting a minimum of 24hrs to see if you experience any side effects. After this time, you can begin treatment immediately. Each session is spaced 6 – 8 weeks apart on average, depending on hair regrowth. We recommend a minimum of 6 treatments for the best results.
